Bonding over early country and rockabilly sounds, the crew came together as the Allegheny Rhythm Rangers, playing throughout the land of the Three Rivers.

Years passed and the band changed as well. No longer the hardcore honk-tonk citybillys of yore, the combo now pursues a rowdy roots vibe as Swamp Root Almanac!
